NEW CLIENTS

We’re accepting new clients! Book your first appointment through Televet, our online client portal, or by calling 614-436-9922. When you book through Televet, our friendly staff will contact you to create an account and learn more about both client and patient. We collect a $59 deposit per pet prior to your first visit - it applies to your first exam fee and secures your scheduled appointment. The fee applies to new clients only - existing clients will not need to pay deposits for new pets. Please note there is no refund for new client no-show appointments or for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

CANCELLATIONS

The Powell Vet Clinic automatically applies a $59 fee for no-shows or cancellations of doctor appointments with less than 24 hour notice, and a $100 fee for no-shows or cancellations of surgeries with less than 24 hour notice. Please call or text the clinic at 614-436-9922 - or access Televet, our online client portal - to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

PRESCRIPTIONS

We are happy to fill your prescriptions by phone (614-436-9922) or through our Prescription Refill link. Please allow 24-48 hours for order fulfillment - we will notify you when it is ready for pickup. A $10 fee applies to all prescriptions filled through a source other than our clinic or our partner, Vetsource. The fee is waived as a courtesy for medications we do not carry.
