To book your first appointment, call 614-436-9922 to reach a Client Care Specialist.
You can also book an appointment using Otto, our online client portal. Just click on the green Otto widget on the bottom right side of our website. When you book through Otto, our Client Care Specialists will contact you to create an account and learn more about your pet.
A $65 deposit is required for booking your first appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

For cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, there is a fee of $65 for appointments and $100 for surgery or dental procedures.

We do our best to see your pets for urgent care needs. However, your pet may benefit from specialized emergency care, or an after hours urgent care facility.
