Scheduling an Appointment

NEW CLIENTS

We’re accepting new clients! Book your first appointment through Otto, our online client portal, or by calling 614-436-9922. When you book through Otto, our friendly staff will contact you to create an account and learn more about both client and patient. We collect a $63 deposit per pet prior to your first visit - it applies to your first exam fee and secures your scheduled appointment. The fee applies to new clients only - existing clients will not need to pay deposits for new pets. Please note there is no refund for new client no-show appointments or for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

CANCELLATIONS

The Powell Vet Clinic automatically applies a $63 fee for no-shows or cancellations of doctor appointments with less than 24 hour notice, and a $100 fee for no-shows or cancellations of surgeries with less than 24 hour notice. Please call or text the clinic at 614-436-9922 - or access Otto, our online client portal - to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

UREGENT AND EMERGENCY CARE

At Powell Veterinary Clinic, we do our best to see your pets during opening hours if an urgent care need or emergency arises. However, there are several trustworthy Urgent Care and 24-hour emergency facilities in the area. Please keep the following information handy in the event your pet has an urgent care or emergent need:
