Clinic Updates for Covid protocol, food orders & fees

We were happy to announce on June 1, 2021, that we started allowing clients back into the building for appointments (no young children please). We still offer curbside for those clients that wish to remain in their car. It's been a very overwhelming 16 months during Covid as all of you know. We have been extremely busy with new patients, sick patients and adjusting to state/national Covid protocols. Our staff has been working very hard to meet the increasing demands and keep your pets healthy. Our goal was and continues to be to keep our staff and clients safe. We have been very successful and we've been able to stay open during the entire Covid pandemic! We appreciate everyone's patience during the restrictions and we do ask that you continue to wear a mask inside the building even if you are vaccinated.

Due to the overwhelming demand for appointments and the increasing frequency of clients not showing up for appointments or cancelling at the last minute, we have added some new protocol regarding appointments. Effective immediately (July 29, 2021), all NEW CLIENTS will need to pay a $59 deposit (the price of an exam) to hold their first appointment. This deposit will go towards their first appointment and is refundable if canceled with at least 24 hours notice before the appointment. This only applies to new clients so existing clients will not need to pay deposits if they bring in new pets. For URGENT/DROP OFF appointments, there will be an urgent care exam fee ($75) applied rather than a normal exam fee ($59). Anyone that is a NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION (less than 24 hours notice), will be billed for an exam fee ($59) or an urgent/drop off fee ($75) depending on the type of appointment that was scheduled. Clients arriving late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

During Covid, clinics across the country have had a lot of delays and out of stock issues with food deliveries. Royal Canin, Hill's and Purina still continue to have items out of stock and delays.  We encourage you to reorder your food before you get too low as it may take longer to receive. We also ask that you give us 24 hours notice when needing a medication prescription refilled. If you notice you're getting low, please order as soon as possible so there is no delay in your pet getting his/her medication.

Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you again in-person!
